Isabell Davis, 76, of Norfolk, Virginia, passed Tuesday, April 16, 2024. Isabell, was born to Hammie Lawson , and Annie Lawson , September 27, 1947, in Sumpter, South Carolina.

Tellie graduated from West Jefferson High in 1951. He married Connie Davis in 1955, and they lived together in Harvey.

Chief Petty Officer Davis served his country as a Personel Officer in the Navy for 25 years.

Tellie is survived by 4 children: Troy Davis Sr, Jennie Davis, Ada Robinson (James Robinson), and Joseph Davis (Carolyn Davis). He also is survived by 15 grandchildren.
