It was with great anticipation Mr. Antonio Hopkins and Mrs. Linda Hopkins welcomed their son Isaac Eugene Hopkins on March 21, 1996. He was a delightful child, filled with joy, who loved to learn. He adored his older sisters and older brother and was devoted to his family.
Continuing his zest to learn, Isaac attended public schools of Chatham County and was a proud graduate of Groves High School. He reached his level of excellence by attending Savannah State University, where he earned his bachelor's degree in Clinical Psychology. His desire to become a leader and devoted member to this country led him in the direction of joining the United States Army. While in the army he later met his wife Cassandra Hopkins.
Isaac enjoyed and loved life. This appreciation was displayed by various activities. Those activities included taking family trips, cruises, traveling to Europe and Japan. He also, in his spare time, coached little league baseball and attending all sports banquets. His smile greeted you, his kindness welcomed you, and his heart comforted you in a time of need.
On Wednesday, December 18, 2019, Isaac transitioned from mortality to immortality, into the loving arms of his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
Those cherishing his memories include: A devoted and loving wife Mrs Cassandra Hopkins, one daughter Iyanna Hopkins, both of Savannah, Ga. His mother Mrs. Linda Hopkins and his father Antonio Hopkins, both of Guyton, Ga and two sisters Jermika Hopkins and Simone Hopkins, both of Savannah, Ga. Two very special nieces Alexis Wilson and Jenella Wilson. His in laws Mr. and Mrs. Johnson, along with a multitude of other relatives and friends.
