F. Neugebauer, with whom she celebrated 47 years of marriage.Irmgard was born on April 26, 1929 in Memel, Germany to the late Bruno and Maria Knoebel. She was the owner/operator of Tilley's Tailor Shop. She was a former member of Salem Lutheran Church in Lebanon and enjoyed sewing, square dancing, reading and was a patron of Lebanon Community Theater.Surviving in addition to her husband are her children, Robert M. Tilley, Sr., and his wife, Patricia of Lebanon, Peggy A. Lilley and her husband, Terry of Wis., Barbara J. Sebastian and her husband, David Bryden, OD, of Mechanicsburg, Harriet R. Ponessa and her husband, Michael of Lebanon, Vicki Gumm and her husband, Michael of Tucson, Ariz., Betty Anderson and her husband, John of Tucson, Ariz., eight grandchildren; and ten great-grandchildren. She also has a brother, Harry Knoebel. She was preceded in death by her children, James Martin Tilley, Lilian L.
