Irby Joseph Robertson, Jr. peacefully entered into eternal life on Sunday October 2, 2022 at 4:30 a.m. at the age of 88. He completed his education at Johnson Lockett Elementary School and Joseph S. Clark High School. He entered the United States Army as a Airborne ParaTrooper. Irby Joseph Robertson Jr retired from Kaiser Aluminum and Tulane Unerversity Fraternity - SAE Sigma Alpha Epsilon.

He leaves behind four children to cherish his memories, Daroff Robertson (Rhonda), Danuard Robertson, Crystal Robertson and Jennifer Robertson. His beloved sister Barbara J. Robertson Madine and devoted friend Charlotte Viguerie. He is also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

Irby Joseph Robertson, Jr, was preceded in death by his patents the late Irby Sr, and Augustine Robertson, his son Derek Robertson, brother Harold Robertson, sister Elaine R. Brown, sister-in-law Angelina Robertson, brother-in-laws Gilbert L. Brown and Nathan P. Madine Sr.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Mass at Our Lady of Guadalupe Church-Shrine of St. Jude 411 N. Rampart Street New Orleans, La. 70112 Friday October 14, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. visitation will be from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. Interment following the mass at St. Vincent de Paul Cemetary, New Orleans, La.
