FREMONT — Ina Sattison, age 97, of Fremont, Indiana, passed away on Wednesday, January 14, 2015, at Lakeland Nursing Center, Angola, Indiana. Ina was born on June 1, 1917, in Steuben County, Indiana, the daughter of Arthur and Lotta Belle (Williamson) Morrison. They preceded her in death. Ina married Harley Harold "Buck" Sattison in 1935. He preceded her in death in 1972. Ina attended school in Metz, Indiana. She enjoyed her working years, and for many years she worked at Clear Lake, attending to many families there, doing cottage housekeeping and property management. She loved to follow all her families activities, going to all her grandchildren's school ball games and school functions, and helped to baby-sit some of her grandchildren. She enjoyed gardening, doing puzzle books, and nature, especially bird watching. Survivors include a daughter, Sharon Mundy of Montgomery, Michigan; two sons, Clyde (Marjorie) Sattison of Fremont, Indiana, and Donald (Kathy) Sattison of Fremont, Indiana; 10 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; and 11 great-great-grandchildren. She was also preceded in death by two brothers, Wilbur and Sydney Morrison; a son-in-law, Harold Mundy; and two grandchildren. Visitation will be from 4-7 p.m. Friday, January 16, 2015, at Beams Funeral Home, Fremont, Indiana. Funeral Services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, January 17, 2015, at Beams Funeral Home, Fremont, Indiana, with the Rev. Jon Bruney officiating.
