It is with a heavy heart that we announce the passing of Imiyah Woodfork. Born on January 30, 2008, in Dayton, Ohio, Imiyah was the cherished daughter of Devine Ward and India Phillips.

Imiyah attended Trotwood Madison High School, where she excelled in academics, sports and the arts. She had a passion for basketball and music, and was known for her talent as a rapper. She dedicated herself to honing her craft, determined to make it big in the music industry someday.

Imiyah's life was tragically cut short on April 24, 2023, when she was involved in a fatal car crash. Her death has left an immeasurable void in the hearts of her family, friends, and all those who knew her.

Imiyah was a beautiful soul who touched the lives of everyone around her. Her infectious smile, kind heart, and bubbly personality will be deeply missed by all who knew her. She had an unwavering dedication to her family, and loved nothing more than spending time with them.

Although Imiyah did not have any children of her own, she was adored by her younger siblings and cousins, and was always ready with a playful word, a listening ear, or a warm hug.

Imiyah's passing has left a void that cannot be filled. Her family, friends, and the community have lost an incredible young woman, whose life was full of promise and potential. May her legacy live on through the memories she has left behind.
