Ida Peace, beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and friend, passed away on April 28, 2024, in Washington, Washington, D.C. She was born on March 18, 1948, to Franklin and Audrey Peace.

Ida is survived by her loving husband of 50 years and their three children: James, Bobby and his spouse Lori, and Kenneth and his spouse Monica. She also leaves behind 10 adoring grandchildren.

After graduating from Baltimore City High School in 1966, Ida pursued higher education at the University of Maryland, graduating in 1971. She dedicated many years to a career in nursing before retiring in 2013.

Ida will always be remembered for her pound cakes, Green thumb and love of gardening. She could often be found tending to her flowers and creating beautiful landscapes in her yard.

Although she is no longer with us, Ida's laughter, warmth, and love will live on in the hearts of all who knew her. She will be greatly missed. A private interment will be held for Mrs. Ida Peace. The family would like to thank everyone in advance for all of the love that you have shown in their time of grief.
