Ida Newton, beloved wife, mother, and friend, passed away on September 25, 2021, in Snow Hill, North Carolina.
Ida was born on April 6, 1960, to her parents Anne May and Joe Baker. She married the love of her life, Jonny Newton, in 1999, and together they raised four wonderful children: Josh, Tesha, Brandon, and Macy.
Ida had a clever sense of humor and a contagious laugh that could brighten anyone's day. She was known for her love of baking and always had a fresh batch of cookies or brownies ready to share with friends and family.
She will be deeply missed by all who knew her, but her memory will live on through the love and laughter she brought into the lives of those around her.
