Hurley Mullins Jr was born in Winamac, Indiana to Hurley Mullins and Rosemary Mullins. He had 14 brothers and sisters, including step siblings. He is survived by his wife, Lisa Mullins, at least two children, Amber Forrest, and Sydney Mullins, and four grandchildren. He is missed dearly by his family every single day. He will never be forgotten and always in our hearts.
