Willie Joe Harris, 73, of Tampa, Florida, passed away on September 17, 2023. Howell was born on April 14, 1950.

Willie Joe was born in the small town of Mount Dora, Florida. He dropped out of school at the age of 12 to help his mother. He learned many skills and began doing work for others all across the area. As he got older he wanted more so he moved to Tampa, Florida.

Once there and settled he met his wife of 48 years Nancy. They would go on to have 3 children Kelly (Luis Lofton), Taneshia Harris, and Travis Harris, all of Tampa, Florida.

In 2014 Willie Joe retired so he could spend time with his grandkids whom he loved so much.

He was predeceased by both his parents Willie Joe Harris Sr and Betty Harris. Both brothers Franklin and Thomas Harris. He is survived by his wife Nancy, and his children Kelly, Taneshia, and Travis. Also, his 6 grandkids are April Harris, Jasmine Harris, John Harris, Travis Harris Jr., Tony Roberts, and Mike Roberts. He also leaves behind a host of family and friends.
