Howard Ross HillFebruary 22, 1931 - July 10. 2017Three RiversHoward Ross Hill passed away after a brief illness on July 10th, 2017. He was born on February 22, 1931 to Ralph and Francis Hill in Glendale, CA. A longtime resident of Three Rivers and previously Visalia, Howard was a retired Master Cabinet Maker, restaurant owner, and cattle farmer. He proudly served his county in the U.S. Air Force, attaining the rank of Staff Sargent.Mr. Hill is survived by his daughter Kathyanna Radcliff, sons Richard Hill & Michael Genter, and a brother Frank Hill, as well as numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife Gloria Ann, a son Mitchell Cary Genter, and two brothers Allen and Gary Hill.The family would like to thank all those who have aided in making their fathers final days so special, God Bless.
