Howard's journey began at James Madison Memorial High School, where he excelled academically and formed lifelong friendships. He graduated in 1982, always embracing the school's motto: "A Symbol of Excellence." Eager to expand his knowledge, Howard pursued higher education at the prestigious University of Madison Wisconsin, where he continued to excel.
Upon completing his studies, Howard embarked on a career that he was truly passionate about. He dedicated many years of service as a Probationary Officer for Milwaukee County. His commitment to helping others and his unwavering dedication earned him the admiration and respect of his colleagues and the community he served.
In 36, Howard found his soulmate in Mary Muhammad, and they embarked on a shared journey of love and fulfillment. Their bond was blessed with three wonderful children: Aishah, Jamil, and Qadirah. Howard cherished his role as a father, providing his children with love, wisdom, and constant support. He instilled in them the values of compassion, perseverance, and the importance of education.
Howard's love for his family was unparalleled. He was their pillar of strength, always ready to lend an empathetic ear or offer guidance. His warm smile brightened their lives, and his heart overflowed with love for each member of his family. His legacy will forever be carried on through them.
