Herbert Holmes passed away suddenly after battling health issues on October 5, 2018, at the age of 44.

Herbert was the son of Herbert Holmes Jr., of Virginia, and the late Valarie (Lorgaree) Holmes of Everett. He was the loving husband to Michele (Reed) Holmes of Lynn, and leaves behind his children: Desiree Neal of Florida;  Damien Holmes of Florida; a stepson, Matthew Beck of Lynn; his son, Josef Holmes of Medford; Jessica Holmes of Medford; Amanda Holmes of Medford;  Myarose Holmes of Everett. And a grandson Isaiah Neal of Florida. 

Herbert will be missed by many friends and family. He was a graduate of Everett High and had a long career as a tow truck driver.

A funeral mass will be held on Saturday, October 20, 2018. At 10:00 AM. At Immaculate conception church 489 Broadway Everett MA, followed by a reception in the lower hall of the church.
