Henry Knaras "Opa"1937 ~ 2016Taylorsville, UT-Henry passed away on the morning of October 17, 2016 surrounded by his family. He was born on August 16, 1937 in Salt Lake City, Utah. He married Maud Perrenoud on August 12, 1959. He was an amazing chef. Cooking Greek food was a major part of his career. He loved martial art movies, action, and science fiction movies. He loved to watch crime dramas on T.V. He was funny, always giving his loved ones a hard time. He had this mischievous smile that always gave away that he was up to no good. He is preceded in death by his parents, brother Nick, sister Pauline, daughter Rose Ann, and grandson Phillip. He is survived by his brother Steve, his sons Larry (Charlene), Jeffery, Russell and daughter Kelly (Anthony) Ciliberto, 9 grandchildren, and 2 great-grandchildren.The family would like to thank the staff at Holladay Health Care and Saint Mark's Hospital CCU doctors and nurses for their love and support.Funeral services will be held Tuesday, October 25 at 11 AM at Cedar Breaks Ward at 5635 South 2200 West, Taylorsville, UT 84129. A viewing will be held Monday, October 24 from 6-8 PM at Memorial Redwood Mortuary at 6500 South Redwood Road, West Jordan, UT 84123.In lieu of flowers please give to .
