Henrietta Hawes A.k.A ''RED", was born on June 7, 1939, to the late Mr. John Henry and Marie B. Williams.

Henrietta was the oldest of ten siblings. Mrs. Hawes was a proud graduate of Lucy C. Laney High School. Henrietta was a dedicated Richmond County School bus driver for twenty-seven years. On April 11th, 2019, Her savior dispatched his angels to lead Henrietta to His kingdom.

Henrietta leaves to cherish her memories, one daughter, Sandra D. Hawes and one son, Anthony S. Hawes both of Augusta, Ga.

She was preceded in death by her two daughters, Janice L. Hawes and Sylvia A. Hawes. She leaves her husband Sylvester Hawes; five sisters, Geneva Hawes, Virginia Jordan, Mary Owens, Suzie Turner, and Patricia Williams all of Augusta, Ga.; one brother, Charles Williams of Atlanta, Ga.; eighteen grandchildren, eighteen great-grandchildren, and a host of other relatives and close friends.
