Henretter Maclin, beloved wife, mother, and grandmother, passed away on November 25, 2025, in her hometown of Decatur, Missouri. She was born on July 25, 1932, to Clarence Taylor and Lizzie Cliff.

Henretter is survived by her three children: John W. Owens Jr (spouse Elaine), Earl C. Owens (spouse Tina), and Gladys Ricks. She was a devoted grandmother to her ten grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren. Mrs. Maclin worked as a salad maker for the Blue Mill Restaurant and was a member of the Church of the Living God Temple #1 where she was a choir member, Deaconess and on the Mother's Board.

Henretter was known for her infectious laughter, kind heart, and delicious home-cooked meals. She will be remembered for her unwavering love for her family and her zest for life.

Henretter Maclin will be dearly missed by all who knew her. May she rest in peace.
