GARRETT, Helga Christine "Chris" Age 58, of Miamisburg, passed away Thursday, December 1, 2016. Chris was born on December 15, 1957 in St. Catharines, Ontario. Chris was preceded in death by her father Harry Lowen and her husband, Harry Garrett. She is survived by her mother Susanne Lowen; siblings, Harry (Karen) Lowen, Bob (Lorraine) Lowen and Linda (Gene) Paolini; children, Chris (Stephanie) Lowen, Dawn (Shannon) Doerner, Tonia Garrett, and Trevor (Amanda) Garrett; and grandchildren, Kirsten, Kyle, Pixie, Avery, Lycan and Lucas. Chris was a free spirit from the time she was a young girl, a beautiful, hard headed free spirit. She was very friendly and did not know a stranger. She moved to the US back in the 70's to raise her family but was forever homesick. She devoted her life to raising her children. She was funny, kind and loving. She will forever be missed.
