Helene LaymanFishkill - Helene Layman of Fishkill entered into rest Tuesday, July 11, 2017 at Westchester Medical Center, surrounded by her family. She was 50.Daughter of the late James and Marilyn Harris Stretch, she was born on February 22, 1967 in New York City.Helene was very passionate about her family and friends and wanted nothing more than everyone staying together and always being happy: I love you.Survivors include her children, Steven Layman, Jr. and Tina Layman, and their father, Steven G. Layman, all of Stormville; brothers, James Stretch, Jr. and his wife, Kerri of Wappingers Falls and David Stretch of Wappingers Falls; sisters, Susan Spinelli of Mahopac, Donna Mazzariello and her husband, Michael of Hopewell Junction and Michelle Stretch of Hopewell Junction; and several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.Family will receive their friends on Friday, July 14, 2017 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm at Straub, Catalano & Halvey Funeral Home, 55 E. Main Street, Wappingers Falls, NY 12590.
