Helene M. Engleman of Plainfield, IL passed away peacefully on Friday, December 16, 2016 due to cancer. Helene was born on November 4, 1956 in Oak Park, IL to Mary Anne and William Brade. Helene is survived by her husband Rob Engleman, her son Tyler Engleman, sister Linda Brady, brothers William Brade and James Brade. Helene was a graduate of Western Illinois University with a bachelor's degree in special education. She earned two master degrees, one in special education and the other in school administration, from Northern Illinois University. Helene wanted her passing to be a "Celebration of Life", a time for family and friends to gather, pay their respects and enjoy some food and refreshments in her honor. Memorial visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 21 from 3:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., with a service at 7:00 p.m., at Beidelman-Kunsch Funeral Homes & Crematory, 24021 Royal Worlington Dr., Naperville.
