Helena was a beloved wife to Willie L. Holmes, whom she married in 2009. She was a devoted mother to Cynthia Wilson, Denis Minniefield, and Eartha Minniefield. She also leaves behind 1 cherished grandchild.

Helena attended Carver High School and graduated in 1961. She went on to work at the United States Postal Service, where she dedicated many years before retiring in 2004.

Helena had a variety of hobbies that brought her joy, including gardening, sewing, cooking, decorating, and bowling.

Helena will be remembered for her kind heart, her love for her family, and her vibrant spirit. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
