Helen Elizabeth Cook, 90, Lebanon, passed away Wednesday, Nov. 23, 2016 at her residence.She was born on Nov. 10, 1926 in Washington County.She was preceded in death by: her husband, Omer Cook; parents, Gilbert Green and Elsie Badgett Green; three brothers; and five sisters.Survivors include: a son, Dr. James O. "Jimmy" Cook (wife, Marian) of Lebanon; daughter, Bonnie McCarty of Lebanon; four grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.Funeral services were held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 26, at Bosley Funeral Home, Lebanon, with interment in Beech Grove Baptist Church Cemetery. Rev.
