Helen V. AlbrightHanoverHelen V. (Rinehart) Albright, 96, died Wednesday, January 18, 2017, at Utz Terrace, Hanover. She was the wife of the late Preston W. Albright, with whom she shared 58 years of marriage.Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Monday at St. Paul's Lutheran Church, 127 York St., Hanover, with the Rev. Robert Burkhart, officiating. Burial will be in Rest Haven Cemetery. Viewings will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday at the Geiple Funeral Home, Inc., 53 Main St., Glen Rock and from 10 to 11 a.m. Monday at the church. Mrs. Albright was born on February 11, 1920, in Manheim Township, a daughter of the late David L. and Joanna (Dusman) Rinehart.She worked as a packer for Revonah Pretzel Company, Hanover for about ten years and retired from the Hanover Pen Company where she was an assembler for over ten years. Helen was a member of St. Paul's Lutheran Church, Hanover and was a former member of St Jacobs (Stone) Lutheran Church, Glenville, where she taught Children's Sunday School and Bible School, volunteered with the sewing circle, served on numerous committees and was depended upon for doing many things around the church. She loved to cook, bake, crochet, travel, and garden. Her greatest pride were her children, grandchildren, and great- grandson.She leaves a daughter, Christina H. Owens and her husband, Preston of Dover; a son, Ivan L. Albright and his wife, Rebecca of Wilson, N.Y.; four grandchildren, Benjamin Albright, Jessica Bohlman, Katelyn Owens and Emily Owens; a great-grandson, Simon Bohlman; and two sisters, Charlotte Trump and Nadine Bowman. She was predeceased by two brothers, Maurice and Paul Rinehart; and three sisters, Miriam Eshleman, Florence Schuman, and Lillian Engle.
