Heather Turner-Higgins, 30, of Thomasville, North Carolina, passed Monday, April 29, 2019. Heather was born to David Turner, and Linda Turner, April 11, 1989 in Winston Salem, North Carolina.

Heather graduated from Ledford High School in 2007. She married James Higgins in 2010, and they lived together in Louisville. Heather worked in Nursing. She also volunteered with the Girl scouts

Heather is survived by 1 Child: Arthas Higgins.

Heather was a wonderful person who never knew a stranger. She was always willing to help with anyone and everyone.She enjoyed gaming with others and playing with her son. She was an avid storm watcher as well as auroras.  She went though a lot in her short time on earth and made the world shine much brighter. She has rejoined her mother and first child in the sky. She will be cremated and ashes scattered at locations that ment alot to her.
