Harvey Paul Oshman 1948-2016Harvey Paul Oshman passed away at his home in Dallas on Saturday, October 8, 2016. He was born on May 25, 1948 in Houston to Ancil Oshman and Charlotte (Kaim) Oshman. He is survived by wife Trina Hay Oshman, daughter and son-in-law Jennie (Oshman) Sciba and Cody Sciba and granddaughter Hannah Rae Sciba, and daughter and son-in-law Lauren Oshman and Doug Perkins and grandson Jacob Ansel Perkins.Dr. Oshman completed his PhD at the University of Texas at Austin in 1975 and Clinical Psychology Fellowship at Harvard Medical School. Through nearly forty years of psychology practice, he touched the lives of countless patients. Dr. Oshman will be missed deeply by his family and close friends, those he treated as patients, colleagues in the psychology community, and his religious community at Congregation Ohr HaTorah and the Dallas Area Torah Association.
