Harold W. ForsytheZANESVILLE: Harold W. Forsythe, 78, of Zanesville, died Thur. Dec. 5, 2013 while vacationing in Florida.He was born on May 18, 1935 in Zanesville a son of the late Arthur and Marie Moyer Forsythe. He was a 1953 graduate of Lash High School. He was a tool and die maker working 44 years at United Technologies. He was a member of Coburn United Methodist Church.He is survived by his wife Rose Mautz Forsythe of the home. Four sons Keith (Kit) Forsythe, Kenneth (Becky) Forsythe, Kyle (Danielle) Forsythe and Mike (Shari) Mautz. Grandchildren Wyatt Forsythe, Natalie Forsythe, Nathan Liggett, Cory Mautz, Tyler Mautz, Michelle Lewis, and Megan Lewis. Great-grandchildren Allie and Avery Liggett and many other relatives and friends.He was preceded in death by his parents, his step-mother Fairy Forsythe, his step-daughter Paula Mautz Lewis.Friends may call from 5-8 p.m. Wed. Dec. 11, 2013 at William Thompson & Son Funeral Home 5765 Gladstone Drive White Cottage. Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Thur. Dec. 12, 2013 at Coburn United Methodist Church where friends may call one hour prior to the service. Rev. Chuck Norris officiating and burial will be in Zanesville Memorial Park.In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Genesis Hospice and Palliative Care.
