Harold Mortensen of West Jordan, Utah, passed away on July 6, 2024, at the age of 85. He was born on January 12, 1939, and married his high school sweetheart, Georgi, in 1960. Together they raised three children, Dory, Brenda, and Laurie, and welcomed five grandchildren into their lives.

Harold attended East High School and graduated in 1959. He had a passion for motorcycle riding and competing in motorcycle hill climbs, often taking on the daunting challenge of The Widowmaker. Despite his daredevil hobbies, Harold was known for his warm and friendly demeanor, always eager to strike up a conversation with anyone he met.

Harold will be remembered for his adventurous spirit and his love of connecting with others. He will be dearly missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing him.
