Hal Poytress, beloved Father to Vittoria Wiget, Jordan, Jeremiah & Joshua Poytress. Grandpa to Cayden, Jade, Nolan, Esmé & Emilia. Former husband to Karyn Poytress, brother to Randall Mason, brother and best friend to Russell.

Hal passed away on September 12, 2024, at age 70.

Born on May 2, 1954 to Rod & Eva Poytress. Hal was known for his kind heart and gentle spirit. He was a dedicated friend and neighbor, always willing to lend a helping hand. Hal gave much time coaching his kids & the community. He served his church with great love for many years.

Hal had a passion for farming, as well as working hard for his family and to be #1 in sales on the Westside with heavy equipment for Quinn CAT. When Hal wasn't praying & sharing about Jesus you could find him hunting & fishing up at Camp Sierra. He will be deeply missed by his family & all who knew him, but his memory will live on in the hearts of those he touched during his time on this earth.

Hal was preceded in death by brother Randall Mason and parents Roderick & Eva Poytress

Celebration of Life will be November 20th @ 11a.m. at The Easton Presbyterian Church on 5895 S. Elm Ave, Fresno Ca. 93706
