Hardie Foxx of Jackson, Mississippi, passed away on May 29, 2025, at the age of 68.

Hardie was born on September 14, 1956, and lived a life filled with laughter, love, and a few questionable fashion choices.

Known for his quirky sense of humor and love for practical jokes, Hardie always kept his friends and family entertained. Whether it was his infamous whoopee cushion pranks or his never-ending collection of dad jokes, he could always bring a smile to your face.

Hardie was a dedicated father to his three children, Victoria, Michael, and Eric. He often joked that they were the reason he started losing his hair, but deep down, he cherished every moment spent with them.

His partner in crime, Kathy Harden, stood by his side through thick and thin, even when he dressed up as a clown for their anniversary just to see her reaction.

In his retirement years, Hardie discovered a passion for gardening, much to the terror of the neighborhood squirrels. He was also an avid collector of vintage vinyl records, although his taste in music was questionable at best.

Hardie leaves behind a legacy of laughter and love that will be remembered by all who knew him. He will be dearly missed, but never forgotten.
