We are gathered here today to celebrate the life of Hardie Foxx, who passed away on May 29, 2025, at the age of 78 in Chicago, Illinois. He was born on September 6, 1946, to his parents Hardie B Foxx and Stackie Miller.

In 32, Hardie married Kathy Harden and together they had 6 children - Sharon, Shirley, Michael, Victoria, Eric, and Michael. Hardie also leaves behind 7 grandchildren.

Hardie attended Lutheran High School and graduated in 1965. He went on to work at the Chicago Transit Authority, where he dedicated many years of service before retiring in 2005.

Among his hobbies, Hardie enjoyed cooking, washing his car, and singing. He was also a huge fan of wrestling and could often be found cheering on his favorite wrestlers.

Hardie will be remembered for his sense of humor, his love for his family, and his infectious laugh. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
