Guadalupe (Lupe) A. Nunez, 62, passed away surrounded by family on April 19th, 2016 in Yuma, Arizona at YRMC. She was born on March 29th, 1954 in Yuma, Arizona.Guadalupe attended High School at Yuma High and graduated in 1972, then later studied at AWC. She taught Spanish at Woodard Jr. High, District #1 and was a receptionist for Life Care Center. She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends, singing and dancing and had a fondness for arts and crafts. Guadalupe was of the Christian faith.Guadalupe is survived by her daughters, Lupe Correa, Karen (Harold) Carle, Clarissa (George) Gonzales; grandsons she raised, Jesse Perez, Jesse Navarrete, Anthony (Jazmin) Navarrete; granddaughters she raised, Sabrina & Mariah Nunez, in all 11 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.Guadalupe was preceded in death by her brothers, Edward Nunez, Coy Nunez, Louie Eugene Nunez; daughter, Lydia Correa and her aunt Lupe Lopez.Services were private.
