Gregory Daniels, Sr.1947 - 2014Gregory Daniels Sr., 67, of Kenosha passed away on Sunday Aug. 31, 2014, at Seasons Hospice in Waukesha.Gregory was born on March 23, 1947, in Chicago, Ill., the son of the late James and Rosaetta (Jackson) Daniels. He was educated in the schools of Chicago, graduating from University of Illinois-Chicago. Gregory was a member of the U.S. Air Force. He married Linda Maria Moore in January of 1966 in Battle Creek, Mich. Gregory was employed as mediator at the Dept. of Veterans Affairs for 25 years. He was a member of the Jehovahs Witnesses-Kenosha Spring Meadow Congregation. His hobbies included swimming, diving, bike riding, jogging, camping, fishing, and gardening.Survivors include his wife, Linda Daniels of Kenosha; children, Gregory Daniels Jr., Denise Daniels, Brian Daniels, Jennifer (Maurice) Brown, Jessica (Christopher) Beene; a sister, Deborah (Preston) Marks; and 10 grandchildren. Gregory was preceded in death by his brothers, Godfrey Daniels Sr. and Ronald Edwards.A visitation will be held on Saturday, Sept. 6, 2014, at Kenosha Kingdom Hall, 7333 Green Bay Rd, Kenosha, Wis. 53142 from 2 p.m. to 3 p.m. with funeral services to follow at 3 p.m. Burial Southern Wisconsin Veterans Memorial Cemetery.
