We are saddened to announce the passing of Gloria Scott, who left this world on July 3, 2024, at the age of 62 in Perry, Georgia. She was born on April 14, 1962, to proud parents Alvin and Charlene Jones.

Gloria found love and companionship with her beloved husband Buddy Scott, whom she married in 17, and together they raised two wonderful children, Tanya and Dexter. Her family was her pride and joy, and she cherished every moment spent with them.

Known for her culinary skills, Gloria had a passion for cooking and delighted in preparing delicious meals for her loved ones. She brought warmth and joy to every gathering with her delectable dishes and infectious laughter.

Gloria was a graduate of Peach County High School and remained a loyal supporter of her alma mater. She instilled the values of education and hard work in her children, ensuring they had the tools to succeed in life.

Though Gloria has left this world, her memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew her. She leaves behind a legacy of love, laughter, and delicious meals that will be cherished forever.
