Gloria "Jean" Frazier, 81, of Vinton, Virginia, passed away on December 20, 2025, after a long illness. Born on October 30, 1944, she was the daughter of Robert Lee Frazier, Sr. and Irene Frazier. She was predeceased by both of her parents; as well as her sister, Peggy Frazier McDonald and brother in law, Thomas McDonald, of Fairfax, VA; and brother in law, Dennis Fogle, of Chantilly, VA.

Gloria dedicated her life to serving others, working as a secretary at the Department of the Navy and singing with the Virginia Federation of Music Clubs organization. She also found great joy in singing with her Methodist church choir and playing the handbells.

Jean is survived by her sister Linda Fogle, of Chesterfield VA'; brother, Robert Lee Frazier, Jr. (Brenda) of Draper, VA;, nieces Erin Renaud (Matthew) of Chesterfield, VA and Kristen Fogle (Mark), of Virginia Beach, VA, great niece and nephew Mackenzie and Hunter Leech, of Chesterfield, VA; and many other family and friends across Virginia. Jean touched the lives of many with her kindness and love.

Rest in peace, Jean. Your music will continue to echo in our hearts forever.
