Kisner, Gloria E. 63, went home to Jesus on November 24, 2016. She was born on February 2, 1953 in Toledo, OH, to Carl VanPelt and Margaret Yocum. Gloria was employed at the VA Hospital and Wescon for many years. She was a member of St. Anne's Catholic Church. She was married to Cecil Kisner, and helped with his three children, her children Mary Baird, Walter Parker III and Cathy Counts, along with her husband survive. Gloria had 10 siblings, 8 of whom survive. Visitation will begin at 12 noon, with services following at 2 p.m. Monday, November 28, 2016, at Lakeview Funeral Home.
