Glen Arvie Glover, JR 86, passed away peacefully on October 18, 2016. He was born on August 19, 1930 in Augusta, Arkansas. He has resided in Redlands, CA for the past 8 years. Prior Washington, Illinois for 18 years and Glendale, Arizona for 4 years. Glen served in the United States Air Force from 1951-1954. Earning a rank of Staff Sergeant. He was awarded the Korean Service Medal and United Nations Service Medal. He graduated with a Bachelors in Engineering at Arkansas State University in 1955. Glen's hobbies included gardening, fishing, and model airplane building. But most of all, he enjoyed playing and telling stories to his grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He is survived by his wife, Erma Glover from Lake Geneva, WI; Children, Glen Glover III from Phoenix, AZ, Clay Glover from Lincoln, IL, John Glover from Mentone, CA and Darla Mills from Lake Geneva, WI; Sister, Martha Stanfill from Rantoul, IL and 6 Grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren. In lieu of flowers, the family suggest Memorial Contributions to the V.A. Desert Pacific Healthcare Network or V.A. Loma Linda Health Care System. The family will have a Private Memorial Service for Glen in the summer of 2017 at Arkansas.
