Gladys was born on February 16, 1961, to her parents Henry Belafonte Moore and Janet Alberta Carlton. She peacefully left this world on July 27, 2023, leaving behind a profound void within the hearts of her loved ones.
Gladys was an exceptional scholar who emphasized the importance of education to her children. She attended Strawberry Mansion High School, where she honed her skills and grew into a diligent student. In the year 1979, she proudly walked across the stage, receiving her high school diploma. Eager to further her knowledge, Gladys continued her studies at the esteemed Community College of Philadelphia.
Unfortunately, on that fateful day, Gladys succumbed to the effects of Coronary Artery Disease. While her passing has left a profound sadness in the hearts of her loved ones, her memory will forever be cherished.
