Gerald Purdy, 90, of Conway, South Carolina, United States, passed Sunday, December 02, 2018. Gerald was born August 08, 1928. Gerald was preceded by his loving wife Melvina Purdy and his oldest son Dudley Purdy. Gerald leaves to mourn 9 children, 18 Grand children and 21 Great grand children. Gerald also leaves to mourn plenty of loving relatives and friends who will dearly miss him. Gerald worked many years and retired from the New York City  Transit Authority as a train Conductor. Upon his retirement Gerald and his wife moved to Conway and made lots of new friends.
