On October 1, 2023, he peacefully departed this world, leaving behind cherished memories and a legacy of love that will forever resonate in the hearts of those who knew him.

Gerald was the devoted husband of Paulette, his partner in life's journey. Together, they shared a love that stood the test of time, a love that brought warmth and joy to all who were fortunate enough to witness it. Their bond was unbreakable, a shining example of the enduring power of love.

As a father, Gerald was extraordinary. He leaves behind three sons, Terrell, Luther, and Emmanuel, who were the pride and joy of his life. He instilled in them values of kindness, resilience, and compassion, and he watched with immense pride as they grew into strong and caring individuals. His legacy lives on in his sons and their families.

Gerald had a special place in his heart for his five grandchildren, whose laughter and smiles brought him immeasurable joy. He delighted in their presence, and they adored their "Pops." His wisdom and love will forever shape their lives.

Gerald was the beloved brother of Damon, Gary, and Deloris. Their bond as siblings was forged in the crucible of family, and they shared a lifetime of memories, laughter, and unwavering support. Together, they navigated life's challenges and celebrated its joys. Born and raised in Baltimore, Gerald had a deep and abiding love for his hometown. He took pride in its rich history, its vibrant culture, and its beloved sports teams, the Orioles and the Ravens.

Family and friends are invited to join in celebrating Gerald's life on October 15. 2023 at 5579 Musselburgh Lane White Plains, MD 20695. Together, we will honor a man whose warmth, laughter, and love touched the lives of all who had the privilege of knowing him.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to a charity of your choice in Gerald's memory, as he had a heart full of compassion and believed in giving back to the community that meant so much to him.
