Gerald Anthony Smith demised this life on August 6, 2024, in Memphis, Tennessee. He was born on January 13, 1962, to Robert and Caroline Smith. Robert and Caroline proceeded him in death. He confessed Christ at an early age while attend Beulah Baptist Church.

Gerald was married to his beloved wife, Gena Smith, for 44 years. Together, they raised three children: Geren Smith, Gerald Smith (Catreava), and Gabrielle Smith (April). He was also a proud grandfather to five grandchildren.

Gerald attended Melrose High School and graduated in 1980. He went on to work as a Mechanic, where his passion for working on cars shone through.

Gerald will be remembered for his dedication to his family, his love for cars, and his warm personality. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
