George Odom, 72, of Chesapeake, Virginia, passed on October 31, 2021. George was born on November 19, 1948.

Brother George retired from Norfolk General Hospital.

Brother George accepted Christ into his life and became a member at Disciples of Jesus Christ Church. He faithfully supported the church with his acts of love to continue the work of the Ministry of Jesus Christ.

Brother George is survived by his loving, devoted wife, Loretta Odom. He is predeceased by his parents: James & Doris; his brothers Percy & John Odom; his sisters Pearline Motley Garris & Shirley Jordan. His surviving family consist of his brothe: James and (Doris) Odom, his sister Ola Deliatch, his children: Calvin & (Latonya) Roberts from Nwe Jersey, Elgen Majette of Chesapeak, V. and Latisha Russell of North Carolina. He is also survived by three grandchildren and one great grandchil and a lot of nieces and nephews.
