George Edward Gray, 62, of Baltimore, Maryland, passed away on March 19, 2019.
He was born to parents Savanna Grayand Macon Gray, on September 29, 1957 in Atlanta, Georgia.
He graduated from Lakeside Highschool in 1976.
He went on to study Criminal Psychology at Mississippi State and graduated with Masters degree.
George worked as a USA Marines for Over 30 years.
After Over 30 of service, He retired from USA MARINE CORE in 4323 Rosecrans Ave, East Compton, CA 90221.
He enjoyed Fishing, dancing to old records, basketball, football, golf, and track and field.. In 1974, George was honored with a Fastest man on campusfor Holding title for fastest man on campus . Other honors include: First place medalist in a number of sports.
George met Linda in 1980. They were married on July 13, 1981 in Balitomore, Maryland. Together they raised 3children: Brandi, Amelia, and Lemont.
George is survived by Linda, wife, Brandi, Amelia, daughters, Lemont, son, Matthew, son in-law, Elizabeth, daughter in-law, Sania, Siera, Sydni, granddaughters, Jordan, grandson, Lemont, Tyrell, Craig, brothers, Aida, Stacy, Toni, sisters, and a whole bunch of nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by Savanna, mother Macon, father, Amelia, grandmother, Wardlow, grandfather .
The family has entrusted Lighthouse Memorials & Receptions - McMillan Center with the arrangements. A Home going service is scheduled for March 30, 2019 11:00am at Tower Of Faith . A reception will follow at Reception Location. Dr. Ruben P Anderson will officiate the ceremony.
