REEDSBURG - George D. Wigman, age 68, of Reedsburg, formerly of Mauston, passed away on Tuesday, August 12, 2014, at his home surrounded by his family. He was born on September 20, 1945, in Racine, Wisconsin, the son of Louis and Louella (Kamm) Wigman. George proudly served his country in the US Marines. On March 29, 1980, George was united in marriage to Marquita R. ODonahue in Racine, Wisconsin. This marriage was blessed with three children. He was preceded in death by his parents; a brother; and a nephew. George is survived by his wife, Marquita Kitty of Reedsburg; Sons, Jason (Tashia) Wigman, Joseph (Sumer) Wigman, all of Reedsburg; Daughter, Kimberly (John) Bleske of Chippewa Falls; Grandchildren: Alex, Austin, Zoe, Chloe, Joey, Jazmyn, Caiden, and Caleb. We celebrate Georges life with a service at 1:00 PM on Saturday, August 16, 2014, at Farber Funeral Home, Reedsburg, with Deacon Tom Hale officiating. Military honors conducted by the Eagle Detachment Marine Corp League will follow the service. Visitation will be held on Saturday from 11:00 AM until the time of the service at the funeral home.
