Geneva E. Miller, age 89 of Rolla, Mo entered into the presence of herLord on January 29, 2017 at the Phelps County Regional Medical Center in Rolla.Geneva was born on October 30, 1927 in Anutt, Mo, a daughter to Delmar and Muriel (Mitchell) Fipps who proceeded her in death.Geneva was a member of Salem Avenue Baptist church in Rolla. She loved to laugh and loved to make people laugh. She enjoyed traveling, the outdoors, fishing and hunting, but more than anything she loved spending time with her family and friends.Survivors include one son, Dennis Hayes and his wife Michelle and their families from Florida and St. Joseph, Missouri, one daughter, Pamela Hayes Asbery and her husband Eddie and their families from Edgar Springs, Missouri and Portland Oregon.Geneva was preceded in death by her husband Richard Miller and one grandson, Shane Asbery.Memorial graveside services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, February 3, 2017 at the Ozark Hills Cemetery in Rolla with interment to follow.In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may be made to Salem Avenue Baptist Church Building Fund 1501 Highway 72 East Rolla, Mo. 65401.Cremation arrangements were made under the direction of Rolla Cremation and Memorial 11930 County Road 2070 Rolla, Mo. 65402.
