Gay Audrey Macool passed away on August 8, 2024, in Knoxville, Tennessee, at the age of 78. Gay was born on July 25, 1946, to Miller and Mary Macool.

Gay was married to her beloved spouse, Cheri Tom, in 1981. Together they had two wonderful children, Lisa Cheri Macool and Katie Cheri Macool.

Gay attended Karns High School, graduating in 1976, before pursuing further education at Indiana University, where she graduated in 1981. She dedicated her career to Special Education at Karns High School and volunteered with the Lovely Girls organization.

In her free time, Gay enjoyed playing Bridge and spending time with her family and friends.

Gay will be remembered for her kind heart, sense of humor, and unwavering love for her family. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her especially the beautiful daughters since they loved each other much well and so heart touching.
