It is with heavy hearts we announce - Gary Williams, age 87, passed away on July 5, 2025 in Resaca, Ga He was born on July 29, 1937, in Vestal, N.Y.

Gary attended Vestal Central High School, class of 1955. After school, he proudly served in the Navy before starting a long and successful career as a Truck Driver for An Oil company in New York then Moved to Florida and Hauled heavy equipment before Driving a truck for the United States Postal Service. Gary eventually retired in 2012 after many years of dedicated service.

In addition to his professional accomplishments, Gary was also active in his Church community offering his time and support wherever needed.

Outside of work, Gary had a passion for gardening. He found solace and joy in nurturing his vegetable garden and growing beautiful orchids. He loved taking rides on the weekends that always ended with a Banana Split at some small town ice cream shop.

He is survived by his loving wife, Cynthia Williams, whom he married in 1956. His Brother Ivan Willams (spouse Ida Williams) Gary and Cindy were blessed with two wonderful children, Debra Shearer (spouse David Shearer deceased), and Lynn Wysong (spouse Dan Wysong), as well as three cherished grandchildren, 6 Great grandchildren and 3 Great great grandchildren.

Gary Williams will be deeply missed by all who knew him. His kind spirit, generous nature, and unwavering dedication to his loved ones will never be forgotten.

Services for Gary Williams be at 11am Friday July 25th at All Saints Episcopal Church 2303 Ne Seaview Dr. Jensen Beach, FL. 34957. Reception following
