GALE HARVEY, 72, of Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, departed this world on December 18, 2023, leaving behind a lasting legacy of love and compassion. She was born on June 28, 1951, to Claudell McCray and Samuel Harvey (both deceased) in Boynton Beach, Florida and was lovingly raised by her grandparents, Sister Bertha and Golden Harvey (deceased).

Gale's life was defined by passion and a relentless pursuit of happiness, which she found when she married the love of her life, Solomon Samuel in 1966. She has seven children, Darlene Samuel, LaTosha Samuels, Corey Samuels, Katrina Jacsaint, Angel Bell, Jimmy Brinson, Dequan Harvey, who were all raised in a loving home by Missionary Margaret and Gentle Daniels Sr.(both deceased).

Gale was a strong and independent woman with a direct and matter-of-fact style tempered by a heart of gold. She was always willing and able to tend love and support to family and friends no matter what the situation. With an infectious smile and an unwavering zest for life, Gale inspired all who knew her.

Gale's warm and caring nature touched the lives of countless individuals, fostering a sense of belonging and hope in all she encountered. Her spirit will forever remain a beacon of light, reminding us of the power of love and kindness.

Gale leaves to cherish her memory: four loving sisters; Lucille Murray, Sandra Harvey, Laneeka Nelson and Jennifer McGhee; brothers, Bruce McCray and Anthony Terry; sister-in-law, Diane McCray; daughters-in-law, Michelle Samuels, Jahna Nixon, and Shenika Gordon; son-in-law, Yorlby Jacsaint; grandchildren, Kerrima, Rekiesha, Corey Jr, Gentle, Jaque, Tyler, Ciara, Daniella, Alexia, Chonsi Jr.(deceased), Allen, Gregriana, Vernell, Gregory Jr., Marvin, Delisha, Sabrina, Keon, Jontavious, Quanisha and Sha'niyah; 50 great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and a host of relatives and friends.
