He was born on September 26, 1939, to Vincent and Mrytis Hurt in Hazard, KY.Mr. Hurt is preceded in death by his parents; a son, Harold Ray Hurt; and six siblings.He is survived by his loving wife, Susie; three daughters: Pam Robertson of Robert, LA, Deborah Maples of Oak Grove and Sherry Risk of Oak Grove; six grandchildren; three great grandchildren; two sisters: Wilma Beitzel of Hot Springs, AR and Kathy Sundberg of Phoenix, AZ.Visitation will be Tuesday, January 31, 2017, 5-8pm at Forrest Funeral Home. The service will be Wednesday, February 1, 2017, 2:00pm in Forrest Chapel. Interment will be at Roseland Park Cemetery.
