Visitation will be held on Monday, March 6, 2017, from 10:00 a.m. until the hour of service at the funeral home. Interment will be held at Kentucky Veterans Cemetery-West in Hopkinsville, KY with full military honors.Frederick was a Retired U.S. Army Veteran.Frederick is survived by his wife, Carol Church of Clarksville, TN; son, Billie (Cindy) Church of Clarksville, TN; two daughters, Jody (Mark) Chinetti of Clarksville, TN and Kim (Russell) Lee of Spokane, WA; two sisters, Linda Smith of Columbia, TN and Ginny (Steve) Smelser of Baltic, CT; sister-in-law, Charlotte Church; seven grandchildren, Kurt Boston, Kate Boston, Nick Boston, Paul (Rachael) Chinetti, Mark (Brooke) Chinetti, Jessica (Gary) Haag, and Rebecca (Steven) Pomales; and six great-grandchildren, Jacob, Philip, Caiden, Maddox, Dexter, and Skylar.In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the , 4825 Trousdale Drive, Suite 220, Nashville, TN 37220.
