Frederick married the love of his life, Josie James, in 1979. Together they created a beautiful and loving family, blessed with five children: Frederick James 2nd, Michael James, Dexter Taylor, Gregory Taylor, and Lisa Legrand Taylor. His children were a source of immense pride and joy to him throughout his life.

After graduating from Valdosta High School in 1959, Frederick embarked on a successful career at Zep Manufacturing Company. He dedicated his working years to the company, always striving for excellence and ensuring a bright future for his family.

Frederick had an infectious smile and an unwavering zest for life. He had a special way of making everyone feel welcomed and loved, with an endless supply of jokes and laughter. Many sought his company simply to bask in his lighthearted spirit and warmth.

When he wasn't brightening up the room with his presence, Frederick enjoyed spending time in nature, gardening, and fishing. He shared these hobbies with his grandchildren, who meant the world to him. He cherished every moment with them, creating memories that will last a lifetime.

Although Frederick has left this world, his spirit will forever live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved him. He will be remembered for his kindness, sense of humor, and the profound love he had for his family.

Frederick James is survived by his devoted wife, Josie James, his children, and his eight loving grandchildren. May he rest in eternal peace.
