He married Shelia carson and they lived together in Indianapolis, Indiana. Together they raised 3 children Fred Carson Jr., Helen Blankenship (Bennie Blankenship ), . He is also survived by 3 grandchildren. Service will be held at 1PM, Thursday March 16, 2023
